It's coming up to eight years since Governor Palin was chosen as John McCain's running mate. From the day the lunatics, crazies and just plain bonkers latched on to her to express their fantasies, hates, frustrations and, well just plain idiocy.
The hate from political opponents, especially the"progressives' at hate sites like Daily Kos and Wonkette and the like is ultra-partisan and understandably. over the years these people have either grown up or gone off in different directions in the main. But the hard core of Palin deranged (PDS) still carry on with their fantasies.
Their is a group of loonies who mostly hang out at a site for the mentally challenged 'Immoral Minority" who seem to live their entire lives with Palin as some sort of hate symbol and crutch for their sad lives.They still believe that Palin"faked her son Trig's birth" when any reasonable person would consider that a mad idea to hold.
They follow everything Palin does and attack everything about her, her looks, her family, her lifestyle. Any difficulty she has is seized upon like a pack of hyena's ripping into a kill-it's like a wildlife film.
I have tried to puzzle this out. Palin isn't a candidate, she holds no office, they describe her as "irrelevant', forgotten. She of course has no personal effect on their lives, their mortgages their garage bill so it is an utter mystery why they continue on. The inhabit Blogs and web site comment sections arguing with people they do't know they write blogs entirely dedicated to attacking Palin . Why Joe Lieberman or John Edwards, Paul Ryan who are also losing VP candidates don't come in for this attention is another oddity.
It seems to me that somehow Palin is a scapegoat for their failed lives.They see her living a life of wealth, glamour and excitement and look in the mirror an see fat, old ugly, failures-there can be other explanation.

Who for all I know may be one and the same person-it would not surprise me in the least if some of these crazies have multiple personalities. Some of these nutcases even send me emails and comments (anonymously as they are rank cowards) which, after an glance I send to the rubbish bin-as if anything a crazed person says could worry me or be taken as having any meaning.
I also have no doubt to one some psychologist will do a major study of these obsessed and strange denizens of a weird underworld and will come up with some reasonable analysis.Until then it is laughable, sad and a reflection on a tiny minority on Americana society who are beyond any rationality.
