Palin's Unique 2016 Role; "VP Attack Dog" Without Being VP?

Governor Palin's *address at the San Diego Trump rally was the feisty Palin of 2008 on the stump. A bit older and certainly wiser to the ways of the media but still with the fighting spirit that so endeared her to the GOP base as McCain's VP choice.

Sarah role, if this continues, is unique. She would be the 2008 type attack dog but without any direct media hassles. The usual hater blogs and snarky columnists would continue to spew out their bile but, who cares. She has the cred's to do it because she did it before, but this time without the media going through her rubbish bins. Basically she gets to be the 2008 VP type attack dog without having any of the rubbish. It's a perfect role and one she clearly relishes.

She can do everything she did in 2008, this time as Trump's spearhead against Hillary and be immune from the sexist card whilst having none of the rubbish that whomever is VP will have thrown at them, it's a win-win for both.

Having Palin in this role allows Trump to have as his VP candidate someone respected for their ability to work with congress and get Trump's policies through by having long time experience in D.C. This could be Gingrich of course or Senator Sessions.

Sen. Jeff Sessions of Alabama says he is open to serving as Donald Trump's running mate, describing it as a potential opportunity to work in a "historically positive administration."

Sessions as VP candidate would be valuable;
1.Shores up the conservatives
2. Would be hard to attack as perceived as avuncular and non-controversial
3. Gives credibility to Trump as having the ability to progress his plans.

It would be a major thorn in the media and Hillary's side having palin in a prominent attack role but not as the VP candidate as the media woudl have to take her attacks seriously while having no ammunition to stop her-a wonderful prospect.

As for Palin's future surely a major cabinet role would be in the offing because of her support base and her early and vital support of Trump-a man who appreciates and rewards loyalty.

"An appropriate question to ask now since Trump has clinched the GOP nomination is would Trump have won it without the Palin endorsement.

As a reminder on Jan 19, the day of the Palin endorsement, Morning Consult showed Trump's to have a 3 point lead over Cruz among white evangelicals nationally (32 to 29) and then a week later MC showed the gap to be 17 points (37 to 20).

But to narrow the question even further, would Trump have won SC without her endorsement? Trump garnered 34% of the evangelicals, Cruz got 26%, and Rubio 21%.
Trump won the nomination by not only prevailing over Cruz among Evangelicals (In a state that 68% of the primary voters were EV's) but also because of that margin, doing well enough to win all 50 Delegates. And Cruz lost the nomination by allowing both.

Thank God for Sarah Palin.
Is there anyone who has done more to shine a light on Barack Obama’s naive and evil anti-American beliefs?

Sarah Palin was a prominent leader of the Tea Party movement.
And today she is a leader of the Trump revolution.
