To be fair, there is no doubt a number of conservatives fro the base looked at Trump with a degree of suspicion on the score of his bona fides but two things have happened to allay their concerns (you will never get 100% support of course for any candidate).
Firstly-Trump has walked the walk. In the face of unrelenting media attacks from left and center and especially Fox News he did not waver one bit fro the conservative positions he staked out.
Secondly he has developed them further, another meme exploded; "Trump doesn't have any specific policies", and in conjunction with Senator Sessions produced a comprehensive policy on immigration reform.
This further development brought Palin and Coulter on board to the point that to conservatives it is now undeniable that Trump will present and implement plans and policies that are what the base, in the main wants and that he is no RINO nor opportunist.
The fact that he is a winner and has blown away the Jeb Bush campaign is an added bonus.
The Tea Party now also appears to be on board which with Palin and Coulter should seal the deal.
